    Hello All.

I am interested in participating in this forum in order to learn and
share in the process of evolving toward Self-realization. I live
moved to a town in Ontario Canada and I have not found any others on
the same path. I understand that having comrades on the path is an
essential part of maintaining momentum. The "Guru is in You" concept
is one that I am keen on. Other may have success with outer gurus,
but I believe that it will come back to aligning with my inner self.
I feel that it is not my path in this lifetime to work with a guru
in the traditional eastern format.

I am happy to have that Yogani has provided this forum. I have been
reading Yogani's AYP lessons for some time now and recently got the
book. I have also been making efforts to practice the material. My
approach to self development has been an eclectic one. I am hoping
do may the AYP the core of my regular practice. I look forward to
learning from you and offering what little I have in terms of my
experiences.

Peace ~
Shiva:

Selcome Shiva, to the group! I too, recently bought the book. It has
been well worthwhile re-reading the lessons from the beginning. I
had forgotten some of the details and there is additional insight
not seen in the web lessons.

Light, Life and Love
