Hi… almost 3 1/2 years ago I was focused on purifying my base chakra, clearing old guilt, shame and fear issues. My heart and spirit were in increasing bliss. Then my whole body broke out in a rash. I had never had skin issues before. This has continued since then. I have been practicing Siddhasana and Kechari level 3 for about 2 years, and a lot of energy moves through my system. The rash has gotten worse. Does any one have insight about this?
