Tool for Developing a Daily Practice
« on: July 17, 2006, 10:01:44 AM »
Hello,

I created a spreadsheet for checking off each time you practice meditation and spinal breathing.  It should let eveyone keep track and encouracge everyone to accomplish the goal of daily practice.  I have read that studies show that filling a box, as opposed to checking it, help keep the mind on track so thats how its setup.  Also, it only includes SB and meditation with a notes section, but it would be easy to add other sections as needed.

Hope this helps,
Bill

here is the file, its an Excel worksheet: http://rapidsharing.com/download.php?id=BDC63811

--Edit--
This site will only host it for 45 days, so if someone finds this useful and wants to find it a new home then feel free.  Also feel free to edit, change, distribute, and manipulate in any way you like.

If you still happen to have that AYP excel worksheet for keeping track of practices, I would love to have it!

Thanks
