Hi dear everyone,
The 3rd AYP retreat in China had completed successfully. It's relatively a small group (we are totally 9). We arrived in pouring rain, and were welcomed by a frog-singing lotus pond. At first we were a bit down, but after the first sitting, everything started to change, it just continued to feel better and better, just like the wheather clearing up. People enjoyed the sittings, the ayurveda session, the walk in the fields/woods, and gathering broad beans and talking to each other....I know it's the magic of inner silence in and around us.....we did three sessions in the middle two days and also tried Insight Dialogue in the second afternoon. Lots of emotions were released, leading to a few people crying and laughing the sharing session in the evening....
Special thanks to Shanti and perhaps other dear friends for joining the sessions, which made the silence more palpable and loving....
