Yoni Mudra question
« on: February 16, 2010, 05:24:08 AM »
Recently I have begun attempting Yoni Mudra.  What I'm wondering is if the positioning of the eyes towards the eyebrow center is held manly by the eyes, or by the fingers.  What I mean to say is, are we basically using sambhavi mudra to nudge the eyes in the appropriate place, then using the fingers to steady the mudra?  Or should we be using the fingers themselves to push the eyes in to the appropriate place?

What would the benefit be of using the fingers on the eyes at all?  It seems so much simpler to just continue using sambhavi mudra.

Thanks very much

HI

Yoni mudra is much more than sambhavi mudra and replaces it, you dont need to raise and centre the eyes. have a look at the lesson again here and this topic.

If you do a subject only search you will find some more topics yoni mudra has been discussed quite a few times.

Hope this helps [:)]
