Hi Yogani and all,
What's the difference between the overall effects of Yoni Mudra Kumbhaka and Tantra practice? I mean excluding those scheduling aspects in which Yoni Mudra is obviously superior (and takes a shorter time, more flexible, etc) Is there any difference in the quality or nature of their effects/side-effects?
I have some experience on both, just wanna to get a more universal view; and to hear some experience from the others.
