Thoughts as God

Hi all,

I guess I've gotten to a point where I know myself more and feel like sharing a few words on the subject. First one, myself is sick and imagines things that aren't there and have no relation whatsoever to what's going on in real life... And the best way to cure that is to ask the ones involved in the mind scenarios if the thing is real or not.

Second, chasing enlightenment is like a dog chasing it's own tail.

Third, enjoy the small things they are all we have here and now.

Fourth, meditation is medication and most safe in the heart area according to my personal experience. P.s. I am using a mantra as instructed vy my teacher.

Fifth, I realized during meditation that we do not go back and forth between the mantra and thought... nor do we dose off.. No, it's all Allah. The witness and witnessed... Thought and dosing off... There is nothing but Allah.

Sixth, much love to all[:)][/\][3]
