I've decided to start a thread on this form of tantra which seems not too much documented by tantrik-shaman gurus.

I think so too.

The very specific dangers of high kundalini release seems to be master more safely via shamanic rituals. This is because anal archetype has to do with going to lower worlds, remain ultra-grounded & ultra-rooted in order to experience rigpa or non-dual awareness.

Whatever is blocked in lower triangle chakras will go down esoterically as it is already biological programmed. Authentic shamans know how to manage dark rigpa or dark light when travelling down so anal tantra becomes a psychic extreme energy pump.

Nevertheless, most yogic practioner are rather confortable going up to upper worlds in order to experience rigpa which explains why anal tantra is taboo or brings lots of unresolved stuff down there (psychi constipation).

I've used partial anal tantra rituals & can testify it is very powerful healing tool compared to other methods I know of but best know what you're doing to not create more karma than you're trying to dissolve.

I especially like the equality part in this. Men are in general not exploring their own anal possibilities to the same degree as women are.

And I also like your last part of not creating more karma than trying to dissolve... The latest big sex survey in Sweden (1996) showed that almost 50% of women had tried anal sex sometime - only a fraction enjoyed it and were willing to try again... and only 1-3% of the population engages in anal sex of any type regularly. It takes some knowledge to know what you are doing, both technically/physically and (if you are tantric) definitely spiritually!!!

My Guru Taught me that all forms of Tantra have their place. Be it White, Black or Red.

Anal Intercourse or in Sanskrit ADHORATA is an ancient Kundalini Arousal Method for Direct Access to the Sushumna. Like a direct short to connect Shakti with Shiva by direct dilation of the anal sphincters. Mulabandha and TADA and Asvani Mudras also simulate this effect. By control of the anal sphincters of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system the flows of ida and Pingala can be modulated. So the flow rate can be adjusted via your ability to expand or contract. The sphincters wrap about 3 time like the Kundalini in bands that control the flow rate of Prana into the Sushumna. To the degree you relax and to the degree you contract you can impact the flow rates of ida and pingal and the experience of bliss,in effect you can directly infuse the sushumna and push Shakti directly to Shiva. The risk is spiritual inflexibility or lack of experience. If you are not advanced enough on your path you can get stuck in the Chakras at places where you still need work. Hence without proper balance you can become lopsided. For instance with ADHORATA and the ecstatic feelings of pleasure and bliss it can bring can make you feel that the source of pleasure is in fact your anus and you can divorce this experience from the ultimate source and miss the point and become hedonistic and seek only pleasure without regard to its ultimate source, and you can equate the smaller to the whole. The point is not not forsake the ultimate source, if you do you have missed the point and risk hedonism in its purest form. But just because you perform ADHORATA and Black Tantra does not mean its evil or has not place, you just must be adept enough to not get pulled away from the divine. Its a slippery slope, but it can be managed to be sure, especially if your practiced in the spiritual arts...

The secret tradition of magical  Tantra teaches that the anus is

an ultrasensitive erogenic and  psychic zone directly linked to

the Muladhara, the basal Chakra.  Hidden within Muladhara,

Coiled and compressed like a spring, lies the primal power of

the nervous system manifest as the Snake Goddess, Kundalini.

Stimulation of the Kunda Gland or Kundalini Gland activates the

flow of Prana up the Sushumna. Yoga has devised a wide variety

of techniques to irritate and awaken this gland into activity, including

Mula Bandha, Asvini Mudra, Tada Mudra (knocking the buttocks

upon the ground, sending rhythmic shock waves rippling up the

spine. Tada Mudra is also very similar to the Tantric effects of

Adhorata), and rolling on a cotton ball placed under the tip of the

tailbone. Tantric activation of the gland is direct and swift through the

dilation of the anal sphincters, with a consequent reflex effect upon the

two branches of the autonomic nervous system. These two branches,

terminating in the anus and rectum, are the parasympathetic (Ida, or

braking influence) and the sympathetic (Pingala, or accelerating influence).

If you have been on the path long enough and are not steeped in hedonism and have opened your Chakras and maintain balance you can use methods within Tantra to directly access the Sushumna.

Cautions are for those not yet ready and or have Karmic issues to be resolved.

Mulabanda, Asvani and Tada Mudra are means to open and close the valve gates of ida and pingala. These and various other actions cause the anal sphincter bands that are wrapped 3 times approximately to form the inner anal sphincter bands of the 1st and 2nd internal sphincters. [Kundalini is said to wrap 3.something times in a coil, which is an analog to the 3 bands of the sphincters] Just as ida and pingala correspond to parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous sytems, so do they correspond to the 1st and 2nd anal sphincters. Note the 1st anal sphincter is under the conscious control of any human being, its the 2nd anal sphincter that is under unconscious control[of the 1st and 2nd Chakras].

The flow of Prana, Chi or Kundalini is fully interdependent upon the muscle tonality of the 1st and 2nd anal sphincters. If you are uptight and hold stress in your anus you will squeeze your anus super tight and hold it that way throughout your day and life. This is representative of a CHAKRA Blockages in the lower Chakras. You may have issues and need to work through them to relax the valve gates and allow your Chi\\prana\\kundalini\\holy spirit to flow.

Mulabanda, Asvani and Tada Mudras are all means to impact the tonality and the overall ability to willfully expand or contract your anal sphincter muscles among other muscles of the pelvic floor including the perineum.

The relaxation of the 1st and 2nd anal sphincter is akin to your ability to open and close the flow of ida and pingala at will and when you can do so in the correct proportions you can infuse the Sushumna and allow Shakti to flow upward to Shiva and Shiva to flow back again to Shakti in a complete CIRCUIT.

If you have actually taken the time to complete the Circiut you are likely to spiritually adept enough to directly access the Sushumna, lest you risk getting stuck or lopsided in your Chakras our pull negative Karma you way.

The Degree of Relaxation of the Anal Sphincter Muscles directly impacts the flow rate of the Nervous system Circuits, in effect increasing the flow rate is analogous to greater conductivity, with the goal of superconductivity. The less resistance in the nervous system the more electricity can flow via the nerves.

The more of an open Channel you are and if you have sufficiently removed Chakra Blockages the more prana will flow up the Sushumna, which will be proportionate to the intensity of the feelings you experience. Be these mystical, sexual, mental or spiritual, or some combo depending on your path.

So the question becomes how uptight are you how much stress to you store in your sphincters, as this will relate to the quality and duration of your experience that are dependent on Chi flow. Such as mystical, sexual, or mental\\spiritual experiences and their respective intensities.

The degree of relaxation and dilation of the anal sphincters is directly related to the flow of prana up the Sushumna. If your anus is to tight your not relaxed and have a Chakra blockage and need to work though it.

Mulabanda, asvani and tada mudras [akin to western Kegal exercises], give fine motor control over the 1st and 2nd anal sphincters. Which also stimulate the Kunda (kundalini gland) into contractions, which push spinal fluid orgasmically up the spine into the back of the skull resluting in a gush or flood of biochemicals in correspondence to the rise of Kundalini and peak experiences such as Samadhi.

Samadhi by degree related to how open the flow rate of ida and pingala is into the sushumna. Bliss and pleasure are also directly related to this.

Here in lies a danger, because if you 're not spiritually adept and experience profound orgasm via the practice of Adhorata a specif anal kundalini arousal method, you can forget the ULTIMATE Sources of all pleasure and bliss and mistake your sexual organs as the ultimate source, in effect taking the smaller to be equated to the whole, which can lopsided you and make you seek sexual pleasure over the pursuit of ultimate truth and the ultimate spiritual reality of love, which is a primary goal of Tantra itself.

Direct access to the Sushumna can be achieved via ADHORATA to a much greater extent then Mulabanda or asvani or tada mudras. This is because ADHORATA directly dialates the anal sphincters and can cause PROFOUND relaxation and pleasure by direct access to the sushumna and directly pushing Shakti to Shiva, a spinal orgasm of Directly upward flow of Prana, Chi or Kundalini.

If one is already enlightened this is still JUST BLISS and when its in its proper context is still as SACRED as any other form of Samadhi or blissfull states of experience resulting in the rise of Kundalini.

All form of orgasm are derivations of this process and are by degree the same flow, but it can become more profound via all sorts of practices. ADHORATA is just the most direct access and can be a profoundly pleasurable orgasmic experience that can be unmatched, especially when yoni stimulation is occurring at the same time. If you keep this in its proper context the experience is SACRED and PROFOUND. There is not a more direct root to flow blown bliss, one just be careful not to get trapped by the physical pleasure alone that results from the profound opening of the nadis...

If you perform the SACRED act of ADHORATA and climax, and then instantly experience contractions and discomfort you are likely holding way way to much stress in your anal sphincters and are probably uptight at some level and have 1st and 2nd Chakra blockages of some kind.

It takes time to learn to relax the internal 2nd anal sphincter, this is the hard part to learn to control this at will, mulabanda, asvani nd tada mudra can help you with this, mostly asvani mudra. All pleasure is dependent on this 2nd internal anal sphincter, you will never derive any pleasure of open the gates to the sushumna until this 2nd sphincter learns to properly let go of tension. A toned sphincter can open and close at will, a blocked one stays puckered up so tight, anything hurts and Hemorrhoids and anal fissure can result from holding to much stress in the 2nd anal sphincter.

The sphincters are the valve gates of ida and pingala and thereby dictate the flow of prana into the sushumna, of which all bliss, orgasm or pleasure of any kind are derived. States of meditation are also related to this level of relaxation although one may be unaware of these connections. All the nerves and the sexual organs or interconnect with those of the anus and rectum, when aroused the anus and sexual organs function as a single unit via the same systems of nerves and contact together rhythmically during orgasm.

ADHORATA can result in states of Samadhi by degee of activation of the Kunda [kundalini] gland. Adhorata directly stimulates this gland physcially to a far greater extend the Mulabanda or asvani mudra ever could. Sacrum pressure can excite the kunda gland as well which is why Tada Mudra can activate this gland as well. ADHORATA achieves the same things as tada Mudra by repeatedly hitting the sacrum and applying external pressure upon the sacrum in addition to direct physical stimulation of the kundalini gland.

Anal tantra belongs to red tantra so has no link with black tantra.

Once you know non-ejaculatory macrocosmic orgasm, wether you ejaculate or not ejaculate belongs to red tantra so has again no link with black tantra.

There might be an issue with microcosmic orgasm which is not tantric by nature.

Black tantra is totally different topic.

When you circulate energy via microcosmic orbit, it stays through your body whereas if you circulate energy via macrocosmic orbit, you let whatever Universe flow in and out from your body.

With microcosmic orgasm, there is still a notion of ego wanting to only clear internal circuits in your vessel.

With macrocosmic orgasm, you dedicate and offer your vessel as one little element or tiny interface of the global clearing so it becomes egoless because you'll not know what will happen.

If ego is still active while orgasm, then thought-form process & karmic-intent will lead to black tantra hence prevent path of self-realization.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this (anal stimulation/kundalini) inadvertently while doing the Gerson detox protocol which involves coffee enemas.  I began to feel kundalini rising very powerfully and said to myself, "Hmmm, that's odd - might as well go with it!" since after all, everything - everything! - is an opportunity for yoga.  I began to do spinal breathing with some difficulty and experienced serious mind-blowing ecstasy.  Later that evening I did also experience some grouchiness/bitchiness as a result of lots of "stuff" being released.  As an experienced tantrika I found this to be a powerful practice and would advise caution and self-pacing.  Wonderful subtle and physical housecleaning all at once!

When we experimented with this technique I did not reach the mind-blowing kundalini ecstasy, although I felt it rising, altogether with lots of mixed sensations/emotions. I still question wether it was some blocking in one of my chakras (which one?) or more time was needed.

Tantrica,  I was going to comment on your other post (asking the question about whether or not maybe something was blocked in a chakra) but I don't have enough experience with this particular approach to be able to say for sure.  However, in GENERAL when addressing kundalini flow and techniques:  I assume your anal experiment was in the context of an established daily yoga practice - right?  Because if not, I really would not expect success, or even if it was successful at that moment, I would not expect long-term benefits.  Clearly "something" happened as you felt it rising along with sensations/emotions.  If I were you I would focus on my daily practice with spinal breathing, mulabandha and maybe some bhastrika, and deep meditation, to continue removing obstructions in the usual way for a while, and then try the experiment again...  actually your description sounded like fun and I was thinking of trying it with my partner, although like most straight guys he does not appreciate his butt being messed with...

Jajaja, yeah, I am straight too [:I] but the sexual-mystical character of the experiment, my girlfriend charm, her description and desire of flagrant kundalini awakening was persuasive enough.

My girfriend is the experienced in tantra, however she awakened kundalini for the first time with this technique when she was a newbie [:0].

I read your other thread but personally feel something wrong when your girl friend kept asking you "She asked one more time: do you feel fear ? No I didn't. Then she stopped: you did not awake kundalini, she told me."

She might be an experienced tantrika but I feel very bad vibe with the way she monitors your progress.

Please remember that fear = karma but yoga or tantra is about burning karma so something does not fit with her approach.

Fear induction has been used by black magick from eons.

For example in vodoo, they bury someone live to kill him then at least minute, they save him... very powerful kundalini awakening method if done only in white path spirit but most vodoo are black path.

P.S. I practice some vodoo rituals, very powerful techniques.
