What is Yoni Mudra Kumbhaka?

Yoni mudra means "seal of the goddess," and kumbhaka means "breath retention."
This is an advanced technique that should be done after other easier things are mastered, beginning with the first lessons in the "main lessons" link above.

This technique is begun by placing the tips of our two index fingers close to the outer corners of our closed eyes against the lower lids. Then we gently push the eyes up and to the center in the direction of the point between the eyebrows.
Spinal breathing is done from the perineum to third eye, nostrils are closed, and tongue raised to block air from passing through, and the breath is gently held.
