i've been doing Amaroli (~300ml) everyday morning for about a month now. And i feel many benefits from it. Thanks to all and Yogani...
One question: Most of the times, the liquid is clear and transparent. But sometimes it is relatively thicker and seems to have some coagulated suspended particles. Is it because of semen mixing? In any case, is it better to consume it as is or to filter it or skip amaroli on those days?
