I would like to know opinions about people who have been to a yoga retreat and can give me some advices n this trips Yoga:
Yoga retreat mexicoI'm new at this yoga retreats and also in going to Mexico. I'm 24 years old, I do yoga from six months ago and I really wanted this experience, but none of my friends has vacation that week, so I decided to do the yoga trip anyway, because love the idea of doing yoga among Mayan ruins.
I will appreciate that you share your experiences in yoga trips with me as it's my first trip alone and I want that my yoga retreat goes perfect!
