Hi All,

I would like to recommend a good book on sleep for a friend and have more knowledge on the topic myself also. What would you guys recommend?

Giving beneficial tools and first hand experience on how to have a good night sleep would greatly help also.

Love,
Ananda

Great topic dear[:)] thanks a lot. I'll share it with my friend... Speaking for myself I don't have trouble sleeping... But I have trouble with dreaming too much and remembering those dreams. They vary of course from good to bad... But one dream life is quite enough...

Hi Ananda,

AYP cosmic samyama is great.
The book The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep had a great influence on my dream life...
Swami Jnaneshvara Bharati's Yoga Nidra page
is awesome (especially "Empty into the heart center" :)).
