Edit: Read the book, do remember having read it on his site for free aswell several months or a year ago

Everyone has his own formula, for me his approach would be very unbalanced, but it may work for some.

Thanks for the book report, Holy. I have not read it yet, but the book is fairly short, so I will try to read it this weekend.

I checked Amazon and the book is still free.
