Namaste!
I am a new seeker in the path of spirituality.I have understood the value of preservation and sublimation of vital fluid. I have some questions regarding this:
1. In the vajroli mudra, semen is taken by the upward suction created by bandhas. when it reaches the end of the urinal tract, if we try to suck it upwards(i am partially successful in that), WHERE DOES IT GO?
My experience is that it goes back to the bladder and is exepelled with the initial flow of urine.
2. Whats a perfect vajroli.
3. How can we prevent the complete drainage including prostrat fluid or pre-cum.
[I was living an undisciplined life but later became strict ceibate, still invlountary loss is there]
Kindly guide me for my quest.
