Sorry to hijack the thread, but my question is very much on topic with Jack's. I am also a 26 year old male who wishes to control his ejaculation, and I thought that posting here would be preferable than opening a new thread.
I currently ejaculate 2-3 times a week. I am not concerned with porn or masturbation addiction (I watch porn and I'm proud!
. Instead, I have noticed that ejaculating makes me quite tired, sometimes for a full day afterward; even when I don't ejaculate, I end up wasting a lot of time masturbating to porn when I could be doing something more productive.
My objective is to transmute my sexual energy into productivity toward my goals and my purpose instead of dispersing it by masturbating and ejaculating. I also wish to build stamina for bedroom fun.
A couple weeks ago I started with Zen meditation, pelvic floor exercises and spinal breathing. Do you believe it would be helpful if I only ejaculated once a week instead of 2-3 times? Would blocking ejaculation and mulabandha also be helpful? Any other tips?
