Jumping ahead?
« on: August 07, 2010, 09:33:47 PM »
Hello, I have been intently on the path back to my true self for a few years now, meditating here and there, I have just started AYP from Kriya, though am not sure which I should stick with (this is not my question, think I will probably remain with AYP). My question is, Is it ok to start with slightly more practice? I have read through the lessons and have started my routine with 10mins SPB and 20mins DM x 2 a day, is this ok? I do not feel overwhelmed by this, but was just wondering if it is alright to do, + when/how do we know to move on to do more practices? etc?

Blessings

Peace, Love and Light

Om Shanti

Hi,

I started like you, with a bit meditation background, with 10mins SPB and 20mins DM twice a day. Screwed it down after a while to
10mins SPB and 15mins DM, because it was a bit too much for me. And thats exactly what happens, you will recognize it, if its too much,
so it just depends on your self-pacing.
