About underestimating the practices
« on: August 07, 2009, 05:56:32 AM »
I thought I had it all under control, wanted to go as fast as possible and pushing the limit. Practicing AYP since two months again, from in the beginning once a day sbp+dm 4+8 mins a few times per week, then every day once, then twice a day, going to 6+8 mins and adding YMK. Looking everywhere to add add-ons asap (bakti sky high).

Man I can tell you, the overdoing creature sneaked up on me from behind, me not realizing anything, till it wass too late. Emotional disequilibrium, exhausted, feeling disattached, I had too back off for 3 days completely.

Now this evening I started again (and enjoying) very easy with 3+6 minutes sbp+dm, no YMK, and watching my back...

Good luck stabalizing....patience[;)]
