    Namaste,

Fools rush in where Angels fear to tread.

I appreciate what u said. If that was the case there wud be no such thing as
a teacher. Most of cant even listen to ourselves and we need someone to just
point us in the direction. With so much chaos its nice to see someone who
can give u some order or point you towards the right direction not add to
the chaos.

Another way to see this is that within the eye of the cyclone lies the calm
center but you have to know that to reach there.

"Using the kriyas" is more like are there better methods? even Lord Krishna
told us mortals ways to reach Him and so has been laid down in the Vedas and
other ancient works. If we were so capable we wud all be enlightned enough.

I appreciate your way of telling me to question but at the moment i am not
looking for answers for i have no questions, but the method.

Om Tat Sat
Dan

How odd. It looks to me as though your post was full of questions.
All deferring to some external judgement on your internal practice.
If 'the guru is in you' and you are without questions, why are you
asking us what you should be doing or how to do it? Is anyone going
to learn to listen to themselves by asking others?

I have a question for you...
what do you think the kriyas are?

btw. I am gladly a fool Danny, how about you?
