The prospect of eternal life, if not quantitative then at least qualitative, is within our reach. So the next time you come stressed out from work, do the following meditation like I do it. I do my meditation (4-4 sec. seven times while concentrating on each chakra starting with the crown chakra, followed by 8-8-16 sec. I imagine each chakra comming alive with light while doing the breathing first with white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, pink and golden light) and then I lay down on my back, my right hand on the navel, my left on the chest and do the following breathing technique: 4-4 four times. After the fourth in-breath I hold the breath for eight seconds and breathe out in a four second exhalation. The whole procedure is repeated three times followed by 10 deep breaths (I usually do them through the mouth and by expanding the chest sideways).
I repeat this cycle as many times as it takes me until I vibrate with the whole body, which is ussualy 8-12 cycles.
I use Ginseng for energy, Nerval Tonic Tea against anxiety and Omega 3-6-9 for the heart.
This practice has done wonders for my well-being and my dreaming.

Know Your Will!
Three are the poisons, three the antidotes and three the rewards.
Ignorance, Hatred and Desire are the poisons.
Will to obtain knowledge, attachment to God and the fight against evil are the antidotes.
Wisdom, Grace and Peace are the Rewards.
Love is the Law, Love willed.

    Dear friends,

Having read all the different message here reveals one point very clearly that most of you have perhaps not read the main question which was about the place for performing yoga. And what I read here are the responses which have moved away from this topic and ventured into others aspects of yoga, medition and kundalini. I wonder if most of you really understand and practice yoga in a true sense or think that you all have your own concept of yoga and believe whatever type of exercises you have been practicing ARE REALLY YOGA, MEDITATION AND KUNDALITY.

A review of all the messages which have come in thus far reveal that respondents have not focused on what the actual question is and what is really required of them to respond here in this group of discussion at present.

Please correct me if my views on this topic are incorrect. Your input is invited.

A student of yoga.

    Dear 'Student of Yoga',

This is an open forum, and your 'view of Yoga' isn't
any more special or correct than any one
elses...unless you are the moderator, I would suggest
using less condesending writing in future post!

an 'observer' of humans...(of which I'm one)
