Ayurveda diet - How can I use it to balance energies?
Ayurveda diet guidelines can help balance energies if you have dosha imbalances.
Vata, Pitta and Kapha guidelines are given for 11 food categories: Fruits, Vegetables, Grains, Animal Foods, Legumes, Nuts, Seeds, Sweeteners, Condiments (seasonings), Dairy, and Oils.
