Hello everyone, last year I posted a video on YouTube where I perform 100 different yoga poses and earlier this week I posted a second video where I perform another 100 poses.

Many of the poses in these videos are poses that I came up with.  I hope that you will enjoy them.  It never ceases to amaze me just how many creative shapes the human body can be put into.
