[:)]nothing to worry about...I think I can handle it.
I'll amend as needed,decreasing my practices or even quitting fasting if necessary.
it's Only 21 fasting days for women not 30 days!

Oh good, 21 is not so bad. That was always the most I could do before things got too weird. Hunger I can handle, it was just all the other side effects I couldn't handle after three weeks.

Well this Ramadan I am also thinking of keep the fast.. I hope i can keep the 21 days fast and do bit of meditation too![:)]

remember to drink plenty of water/fluid in the evening.I usually keep a bottle of water handy.
