As part of my clense this weekend I did Basti for the first time.
I only did it becuase I figured what the heck, once wont hutt.
It was AMAZING, estactic conductivvity or what? Has anyone else has
such an experience, I can see now why people do it every day. I dont think
I will go that far, but WOW I was not expecting this.
Is there anything we are suppose to do during Basti beside Nauli?
If you havent tried it, I hight reccomend it.
