Hello Monito
Welcome to the forum

I can't say I've ever heard of a specific nadis being stimulated by red meat. From experience, I'd say what you eat has an effect on the whole system.
Again, from experience, a heavier diet with a lot of meat kind of muffles ones energy.

I have heard about various foods influencing some lower chakras. I myself have noticed very strong effects of chocolate on svadhisthana (to the extent that I can no longer eat chocolate in any amounts).

What happens when you eat red meat?
