Yes that's the spin off, but that's why I said "deep resonant non-intellectual".
If it's done in order to be happy then it nullifies the whole thing.
It comes from one of those stories out of India and sometimes it resonates and sometimes not, worth a shot though[]

Even samyama is a sort of  control...that is why I was reluctant to stop it recently despite passing through  overload episode...despite our releasing into stillness there is always some attachment even if it was like 1%

Curious about the thoughts about samyama....my experience of samyama as a child - long before I knew this word - was simply an ask, a let go, a trust.

Trust is all. Even if my ask comes to me way different than I ask all is good.
