It is very easy to find and view new postings if you go to "Posts >> Recents" on the top menu of the forum.
In addition, forums and topics with new postings since your last visit will be marked in the left margin in the board and topic listings.

Email notices can also be turned on in your member profile, and applied selectively to any topics you choose in the forum.
