Has anyone here used Kelly Howell's Guided Kundalini meditation?
And if so, did it have any effect?
Can kundalini be awakened listening to a CD?
Are there are any other good recordings for awakening kundalini?

I believe it can be awakened in an infinite number of ways. It's very individual, from what I can tell.

I've no experience with Howell or CDs, but can testify and report that AYP accomplishes that goal is a safe, controlled manner.
