Hi everyone,
There will be a one-day Advanced Yoga Practices workshop taking place at the Mamajah cantre in Geneva, Switzerland on the 14th December.
The program will start with yoga and meditation at 1pm, with dinner served in the evening followed by bhajan singing.
The yoga and meditation will be led in French by Amandine Perrin and the bhajans by Marco Jura. The event is free for anyone who wants to come.
