Hi guys,
In November we will be holding another intermediate/ advanced level retreat in Devon, U.K.
It will be a 5-day retreat held at the Edne Rise retreat centre. As well as the baseline AYP practices of asana, Spinal Breathing, Deep Meditation and Samyama, we will also be practicing some of the more advanced pranayamas such as Spinal Bastrika and Yoni Mudra Khumbaka.
The dates will be the 22nd to 26th November.
