Have found many answers to an unasked questions since discovering this beautifully and alive group month ago.
Not that it had bothered me much but technically speaking when present in the Now i am either a witness or going for the zest of it with high voltage presence which is ecstatic. Thank you Yogani and the rest of respected contributors to lesson 333 for confirming that both states are compatible.
