Hi all,

here's a question to all those long-term practitioners of AYP (several years and more). I'm curios: How has the practice changed your daily life? How do you realize yourself changing?

Hello Cato

It's the rise of the Witness (called Inner Silence in AYP) that is the most stable and noticeable development. There are energy experiences along the way, stronger (and sometimes troublesome) for some, but these come and go. The one lasting development is the Witness. You first noticed it as more quietness or calm as you go through the day, then it develops, merging with the bliss. Best to wait till you experience these developments, before that the advanced stages sound theoretical and abstract.

You will know you are changing. You can't miss it.
