I've done a search but can't seem to find a clear answer. What is the AYP stance on celibacy? Should one avoid sexual activity for maximum progress or does this not make any difference?

Thanks for the link Dogboy. It seems to be suggesting conserving sexual energy through celibacy or tantric sex is a good thing as it can be redirected towards spiritual growth. But does Yogani have any specific guideline in how often one can "release"? As surely continuous bramacharaya will lead to frustration. Nature is nature afterall
