Stop and appreciate the flowers, trees, birds, bugs, wind, rain, sun, stars....listen to a loved one, and if I turn away, stop, let go and turn back and listen....be in the moment and appreciate life in all its glory and all its gory, it is a beautiful story....practice forgiveness, always....do something little for someone all of the time
