I read somewhere that an advanced stage of kechari mudra is achieved when you are able to put your tongue down the throat instead of up and breathing instantly stops. Has anyone here been able to do this? Also, is there any specific name for this mudra or is it one of the stages of kechari?

its kechari mudra stage 5. i wouldnt say breathing instantly stops. it could, depending on whose performing the mudra(the heart is the key to breathless imo and kechari 5 seems like it would act on the heart). you can go breathless with traditional kechari. i personally dont have the desire to go there, but you know how that works..you never know, one day maybe so
