Namaste, Are there any accomplished khecari 4. It help, if any.
Initially there were currents and vibrations inside the cavity. Less now.
1. Can any one tell me where to enter the passage. There is a nerve in the middle. Should one enter in, in the middle or on the top where secret spot is or from the bottom.
2. Before going up, it takes you inside and forward and downward. Should one go inside or downward to go up.
