Hi.

Many times I get very watery eyes during Asanas, prior to starting Spinal Breathing Pranayama.

Am I making something wrong, or it's just a purification process happening?

Kind regards,
Buu.

Yes, very likely. The practices are having an effect.

Make sure you don't take on too much. This is not a sign of overload, but it is indicating things are happening and you must keep a safe and sustainable pace. Have you read the lessons on self-pacing?

Thanks again BlueRaincoat!

Yes, I'm Reading all the lessons

I have other question, maybe you or others can give your input:

When I start practicing, almost every single time, and only during Asanas (10min duration), I yawn a lot!
Why is this? I'm not sleepy nor anything..

Kind regards,
Buu.
