I often walk in the city with my brother and he always shows me cute girls and this brings sexual talk and consequently sexual thoughts. I am 40 yrs old. I finally told him this is detrimental for the male erection/potency if I do not have those girls now that I have split up with my girlfriend. I tod him it is better to talk like this and think sexually if at the end pf the day I go and enjoy sex with the girl. He says that what I say is not scientifically proven. Please can you confirm that it is SEXUALLY healthier if the mind quiets down and not suffer in these thoughts. I fear that one might deveklop weak erections or premature ejaculations if these thoughts linger with no real action.
