I'm reading many articles and books including your website and I'm confused about the holdback method. in some articles it's said that putting your fingers on the perineum is leading to retrograde ejaculation where the sperm actually go into the bladder and are simply lost at the next urination#65279; and it's not absorbed by the body at all.
some other article including your site if I'm not mistaken claim that holdback method is not retrograde ejaculation, which means,n the sperm does not go into the bladder
any clarification please
