Thanks again for this book.

The truth is that whether we are deep or not in
meditation has little to do with the environment we
are meditating in. It is much more a function of the
cycles of purification occurring in our nervous
system.

It made me realize of those mental strategies that I did to make the technique right. Dont try to make it right, make it, thats right !

We can have
thoughts and mantra at the same time. What do we
do in this situation?
It is the same procedure. We just easily favor the
mantra. If other thoughts are there, that is okay. We
don’t try to get rid of them.

No technique just favor the mantra.
Did I pronounce the mantra correctly. Dont matter repeat the mantra. Did I feel somethin usefull, don't really matter get gently my attention on the repetition.

Quote
Deep meditation is just a simple procedure of
easily favoring the mantra, no matter what else may
come to our attention

So simple and yet so hard to understand. That make all the difference between try to let it become fuzzy and let it become fuzzy. And get back to the mantra and pick it up !

I was not resting after so much of a change when you do !

God ! Thanks again Yogani  [:D]
