With the growth in the number of practitioners making use of the AYP teachings around the world, local meditation groups have been forming which include informal training in deep meditation, spinal breathing,and other practices, usually at no cost. In some locations, structured classes have been occurring, as well as AYP sponsored retreats.
The following list provides contact information for AYP local planning, meditation groups, training and retreats.
