Hi guys,
We will be running our annual retreat in Galicia next year in June. It will be a 7-day (6-night) retreat and the dates are set for the 16th to the 22nd June.
I will be leading the retreat with Amandine Perrin. The focus of the teachings given will be on the purification of the subtle neurobiology and will include:
How pranayama works to purify the subtle neurobiology.
How asana works to activate chakras and purify nadis.
How meditation using a mantra works to purify the subtle nervous system.
The ways in which the flows of samadhi in the body are related to entry into samadhi, as discussed in the last chapter of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
