What are the characteristics of a full or completed kundalini transformation? Or, does such a thing even exist?

Hi Sean
Kundalini evolves hand in hand with the Witness. It is the process of enlightenment. You can read about it in several AYP lessons. Go to www.aypsite.com/TopicIndex.html
You will find a section called Enlightenment Milestones.
